Marketplace rules

The ask is the seller's price. Market is an estimated figure from published data, not an offer to buy.

A deal badge appears only when the ask is below a fresh estimated market value. A stale or missing figure hides the badge.

Buying and offers run on the card page after you are signed in. Jurisdiction checks happen on the server before money or ownership moves.
